This Refund Policy outlines how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for all digital and consulting products offered by Michele Minds Mingle. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Deposits
A deposit is required to begin any digital or consulting project. All deposits are completely non refundable. Work does not begin until the deposit has been received.
2. Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered electronically and accessible immediately, all sales are final. No refunds are issued for downloadable or instantly accessible content.
3. Monthly Recurring Accounts
Clients enrolled in recurring monthly billing may cancel at any time before the next scheduled payment.
• Once canceled, the client will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No partial refunds are issued for the remainder of the month.
4. Paid in Full Accounts
Clients who pay in full upfront may request a refund under the following conditions:
• A consultation fee will be deducted from the refund total.
• Monthly charges will also be deducted for each month that has passed, based on the standard monthly rate and not the discounted full price rate.
• The remaining balance after these deductions will be refunded.
Example: If the full price paid included a discount compared to the month-to-month rate, the refund is calculated using the higher standard monthly rate for each month used, plus the consultation fee.
5. Project Termination by Client
If a client chooses to end a project early, the non refundable deposit is retained and any work already completed remains the property of the company until the account is paid in full. Refunds follow the rules outlined above.
6. Project Termination by Company
If we determine that a project must be terminated due to unforeseen circumstances or inability to complete the work, clients will be refunded for any unused portion of the service except for the non refundable deposit and any completed work.
